Who are we?

Our Mission & Programs
Inland Northwest (INW) Rugby Academy serves to empower young women and gender nonconforming youth through the spirit of rugby. Our community-driven team is dedicated to fostering confidence, resilience, and teamwork both on and off the field.
Alongside players and families, we will build an inclusive, supportive environment where every player can develop their mental and physical skills, build lifelong friendships, and challenge themselves to reach their full potential.
We aim to inspire the next generation of strong, fearless leaders who will make a positive impact in their communities and beyond!
Try Girls Rugby Camps
Try Girls Rugby Camps are designed to introduce new players of all ages to the game in a safe and supportive environment where players can feel included and empowered! Rugby is a fast-paced, team-oriented sport that builds resilience, confidence, and teamwork.
With engaging activities for all skill levels, our camps create spaces where everyone can contribute! Give it a try—you might just find your new favorite sport!

Community Service
We believe in shaping not only great athletes but also compassionate leaders. Our community service programs provide youth athletes with meaningful opportunities to give back, develop character, and strengthen their connection to the community—all while building teamwork and empathy.
Through hands-on volunteer projects, your young athlete will:
Make a positive impact by supporting local causes like Spokane River Keeper & Spokane Communities Against Racism (SCAR)
Develop leadership and social responsibility
Strengthen teamwork in a different setting
Gain perspective and appreciation for building community within our neighborhoods
